On 6/17/14, I went to McDonald's with a colleague for lunch. We bought a chicken sandwich meal for $6.03. We both had food poisoning and missed time from work. I went to my doctor and was treated with an antiemetic and antibiotics because the bacteria spread to my lungs. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
