I went into woolwich macdonalds at 4:20pm on the 16.2.2016. I purchased a filet o fish meal, it wasn't hot, and didn't taste nice at all. I also used the toilets and there was no hot water. How can you NOT have hot water in a food restaurant???staff must be using cold water to. I was in a supermarket that evening at 19:32 when I had to run and try and find a toilet as I felt awful. It was a very embarrassing situation as there was only 1 toilet and was being used. It resulted in me being sick in a bin, and I had diarrhoea at the same time. I couldn't leave the toilets in the state I was in. I was lucky there was a lovely member of staff who had to get me new underwear of the shop floor. I didn't feel well enough to continue my shopping on which the staff rang me a cab and I went home to bed where the sickness and diarrhoea carried on only to get worse. I have not been able to attend work today nor will I be able to attend for the rest of the week. I would like to know what is going to be done about this. I do have a stool sample which is going to my doctors today. Macdonalds is a big company and this should not be happening. Look forward to hearing from you | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
