I ordered a mcchicken, small fries, apple pie and small Choc sundae on Tuesday 17th March. I consumed the meal at about 10.10pm and then was unable to sleep all night with stomach cramps. Began vomiting and having diarrhoea at about 8am to approx 10.30am on the 18th. Stomach pains and a headache for the rest of the day. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋, 头痛, 胃痛
