Me and my friend both got milkshakes from McDonald's on October 3 at around 9. then on October 4th from 4-9am I was vomiting and had diarrhea. My friend also was vomiting the morning of October 4th and claims to have diarrhea. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
