Ate a McRib at 11pm on Sunday. The next day I was violently ill for the whole day. No one else ate the Mc Rib. 5 of us had spaghetti for dinner and I was the only one who ate McRib and the only one who got sick. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
