I had a toast for breakfast - which the bread was in date. I had been busy all day long and therefore got a McDonald's for a late lunch. All day I was feeling fine and buying with energy. After drinking a McDonald's milkshake, within couple of hours I had bad belly, getting hot and cold, and it was not easy to sleep. The way I know that it was the milkshake is because me and my partner halved the milkshake and he had the same problem, apart from he was being really sick and vomiting alot. | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心
