I went to Walsall mc donalds in park street to day 25.11.2017 I had a BIG MAC MEAL WITH CHIPS and a white coffee the tray the food was put on to was dirty I asked the man to change the chips due to my chips been put on there and he wouldn't I had my meal at 1pm there was also water on the tray since about 7pm on the 25.11.2017 I've had diarrhoea bad stomach cramps and nausea. I'm not very happy I will now need to take time of work due to this | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐
