On February 8th 2019 i ate a mcchicken around 1pm. The next morning i woke up with a stomache then puking the rest of the day with a fever and diarrhea. I knew the sandwhich tasted weird at the end but didnt realize it at first. | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
