Had McDonald’s breakfast and frappe at 10am on Tuesday 26th May 2026. Ate nothing else all day apart from some grapes at lunch that I had also eaten another day so I knew it wasn’t that. The frappe sat badly on my stomach and a few hours after eating it a felt nauseas. Then come 6pm I threw up. Continuously from 6pm to 1am I was being sick and had diarrhoea. I was sweating and hot to touch but felt cold and was shivering. Today (27/05/26) I feel nauseas have a fever and my body keeps trying to make me sick but I have nothing left in my system. This is extremely disappointing as someone who has been to McDonald’s multiple times and I no longer trust the McDonald’s or feel comfortable at the idea of eating there again. | 症状: 恶心, 腹泻, 呕吐, 胃痛, 发烧, 抽筋, 寒战, 出汗
