2026年5月26日星期二上午10点，我在麦当劳吃了早餐并喝了一杯星冰乐。除了午餐时吃了一些葡萄（我在另一天也吃过同样的葡萄，所以知道不是葡萄的问题），我整天没有吃任何其他东西。那杯星冰乐让我的胃很不舒服，喝完几个小时后我感到恶心。到了下午6点，我开始呕吐。从下午6点到凌晨1点，我持续呕吐并伴有腹泻。我大汗淋漓，身体摸起来很烫，但却感到寒冷并不停颤抖。今天（27/05/26），我仍感到恶心，发烧，身体不断试图让我呕吐，但我的胃里已经什么都没有了。作为一个多次光顾麦当劳的顾客，这让我感到极度失望，我不再信任麦当劳，也不再对在那里用餐感到放心。

I ate a McDonald mc chicken sandwich and it didn't taste right I there half away I'm sure I bit into something black looking I can't remember but I threw the rest in the bin, the next morning I couldn't stop throwing up I was very drained…
