I am going to a doctor now. symptoms started after I ate Chicken McNuggets on Friday night 12/16/2016 at 7. 18 hours later, I got really sick. Vomiting, upset stomach and low grade fever. I have not ate anything since this meal at McDonalds. I am going to a doctor this morning. I don't know if the nuggets set out too long or what, but I attribute this to the food I ate at your store.
