On thursday, december 10th, I ordered a Big Mac trio at lunch time, and ate it on the spot. I noticed that the meat had a funky crumbly kind of texture, but continued eating it since my break was quickly coming to an end. Afterwards, I walked back to my job and starting having stomach cramps, later on came the diarrhea and the projectile vomiting.. I still don't understand how I vomitted and shat so much considering that the big mac was my first and only meal of the day. I was sick for a complete 24-36 hours before i felt okay. But still now, 2 days later, i am feeling queesy and still have diarrhea. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
