Ordered one of the new premium chicken sandwich. It was my first meal around 2 pm and my only meal of the day because I was so busy. This often happens. Came home around 7 pm and threw up for an hour until there was nothing left. Fever developed morning after. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
