食品安全报告：Panda Express。

Panda Express is the only meal I ate today (orange chicken and fried rice). I can't necessarily blame them out right without a doctor visit but, within 5 hours I started getting a fever and about 30 mins after the fever started, I began vomiting. I'm posting this to maybe see if there's any correlation. | 症状: 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
