Went to got a salad, Only me, less than 1 hour before symptoms started. I am on day 7. Explosive diarrhea, nausea, vomiting cramps to start off. On day 7 very bad nausea, still diarrhea and worse vomiting . | 症状: 呕吐, 恶心, 腹泻, 抽筋
