I got horribly sick from nachos at a vendor at Pepsi Center on September 4. I am fairly sure it was the jalapenos on the nachos because my friend who also had the nachos (but no jalapenos) did not get sick. | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
