- comments: observed that thermometers provided are for for hot holding unit are range of refrigerator thermometers and not adequate for hot holding unit. Must provide a thermometer inside the hot hold unit and maintain

- comments: unable to observe the backflow prevention device on the mop sink. Must be able to demonstrate location of the mop sink's backflow prevention device, for visible inspection.

- comments: observed that front located three compartment sink is removed with out approval of cdph and grease trap is located on site but not connected. Must provide approval from cdph for 2nd 3 compartment sink removal.

- comments: observed that grease trap of 3 compartment sink is repaired but observed that 3 compartment sink and hand washing sink are leaking. Priority violation#:7-38-030(c). No citation issued. -
