Up all night vomiting with diarrhea, whole body hurts today and exhausted, trying to care for my newborn twins, not easy! This is the 2nd time now I've gotten sick from the exact same meal, a few months apart. Called manager 1st time I got sick, gave me a credit for my meal. May call again this time to make aware of some likely cross contamination happening! | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
