Closure Date: 08-12-2020It was shut down due to a cockroach infestation. The inspector found live roaches inside the dish machine.
Other unsanitary conditions included scale deposits and wet areas on the floor, which was generally in disrepair.
The Flamingo was instructed to repair the floor and wall tiles, tile grout, and ceiling tiles.
