Had a box combo with extra toast and a large tea. After finishing my meal I felt odd. I went to bed and woke up sweating and had a nauseous feeling in my stomach. I ran to the bathroom with instant diarrhea and the feeling I needed to vomit. This went on for hours. I ended up having to not go in to work and was up and down all day. I just recently started feeling better. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
