Date Closed: 02/19/2020Cockroach infestation. The inspector visited in response to a complaint about roaches and saw live ones in the holder of a drink dispenser at the bar. Among other violations, food was at unsafe temperatures in the walk-in cooler, which appeared overfull, preventing airflow; food-contact surfaces weren’t being sanitized; there was “excess buildup” in the ice machine; and the facility needed cleaning.
