I had two meals in Split yesterday. First meal at 3pm ish which consisted of chicken and mash potatoes, the second meal was a slice of cheese pizza. I have strong feelings that it was the pizza slice from an on street vendor. The pizza was neither hot or cold and could have been the perfect breathing ground from bacteria. I ate this pizza about 9pm, I started to feel unwell at 1130 and was vomiting by 1230 | 症状: 呕吐, 发烧
