About an hour and a half after eating at around 2pm I started to feel sick and started having stomach cramps. I know it must have been that sandwich as the only other thing I had eaten that day was a piece of toast in the morning. I had nothing else to eat after subway due to feeling so ill. Around 6 pm I wanted to be sick but couldn’t. How’re the stomach cramps and dirorea persisted. This continued until around 7.30 am the next morning.
