Picked up food from Taco Bell for lunch on the way home from the store. Then started to feel nauseous around 6pm. That was the only thing I had to eat yesterday. By 7am this morning I had full blown diarrhea and vomiting | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
