I ordered a taco supreme and a cantina chicken taco at approximately 10:30pm on Friday, April 24, 2026. Within 4 hours, I suffered severe stomach pains, vomiting, and diarrhea. It continues even now almost 8 hours later.| 症状: 恶心, 腹泻, 呕吐, 胃痛, 抽筋
