I went to Taco Bell before I went to work & got 2 soft tacos & a slushee. I ate it & went about my day. When I got home I noticed I wasn’t feeling right. I just brushed it off. At maybe 1:00 a.m I’m throwing up several times. Now I’m having bad diarrhea & my head is killing me. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
