Started feeling sick half way through soft taco on 10/4/19. Ate cheesy gordita crunch and gave my chicken quesadilla to a homeless person outside of the store. I was vomitting with severe abdominal cramps and cold sweats within the hour. | 症状: 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋, 出汗
