I ordered two beefy five layer burritos, and a gordita crunch on May 22nd around 1:45 pm. Later that evening when I was laying down for bed I contracted a headache, stomach pain, and chills. It is now the next day and those symptoms are continuing.| 症状: 恶心, 胃痛, 发烧, 抽筋, 寒战, 头痛
