Ate 2 soft tacos, 1 hard taco, and small nacho and about 3 hours later felt sick and weird cramp in my stomach and about 5 hours after I ate the food started vomiting and stayed sick overnight and the next day | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐, 抽筋
