I had eaten there earlier in the day. Had one left over soft taco. Ate it around 11 or so. And by 11:45 I was violently puking in excess of 20 times. With diarrhea. Moments of blacking out and extreme fatigue. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 疲劳
