Customer Incident Report – Food Safety ComplaintI am writing to report a highly disturbing and unacceptable experience I recently had with a meal purchased from Taco Bell.
I ordered two chicken crispy tacos. After finishing the first taco without any issue, I proceeded to eat the second. Upon opening it, I discovered a large dead cockroach inside. The insect was intact, clearly visible, and had not been cut, cooked into the food, or altered in any way—it was simply sitting inside the taco.
The sight was extremely distressing. I immediately felt nauseated and began vomiting due to the shock and disgust. This incident has had a strong negative impact on me, both physically and emotionally.
As a result of this experience, I have completely lost trust in the restaurant’s food safety standards. I no longer feel comfortable consuming food from this establishment and have serious concerns about hygiene, quality control, and overall customer safety.
This situation requires immediate attention, as it represents a severe breach of basic health and safety expectations. No customer should ever encounter something like this in their food.
I expect this matter to be taken seriously and investigated thoroughly to ensure it does not happen again , now i could get pictures of the cockroach but im just so disgusted i cant even look at it
