I was a couple hours in working my shift and I had not eaten anything all day, so my manager went and got me Taco Bell. She got me the new triple steak sack and Doritos locos taco. About 3 hours after that I was experiencing some nasuea. Right before I was walking out the door I threw up. Later that night I went home and I threw up at least 7 times followed by a consistent diarrhea the entire night. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
