I ordered a crunchwrap supreme and a cheesy gordita crunch at around 7 pm. I went to bed at 10pm and woke up at 5am with above symptoms. Taco bell is the only food I had ate the entire day. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
