2 days ago I ate. I ordered chicken nachos and a margarita. The food was terrible I could barely even eat it. I went to bed that night and woke up about 4am with violent episodes of vomiting and diarrhea. I have felt nauseous off and on since with episodes of fever and body aches. | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 身体疼痛
