My name is Keonda Regina King, and I am submitting this as a formal demand for compensation regarding a food safety incident that occurred at the Hybla Valley, Virginia location of TGI Fridays on March 6, 2026.As previously reported, my friend and I became ill after consuming beverages at your establishment. This followed observable sanitation concerns at the bar, including trays and a drink hose placed directly in the ice bin, as well as visible debris in my drink. Shortly after leaving the restaurant, we both experienced nausea and gastrointestinal illness and sought medical treatment at Cedar Hill Hospital in Washington, DC, where possible food poisoning was documented.
As of April 7, 2026, I have not received any response to my initial complaint. This lack of response is unacceptable given the seriousness of the incident and the potential health risks involved. A report has already been filed with the local health department. | 症状: 恶心, 腹泻, 呕吐, 煤气
