ate a mushroom burger at approx.320 pm on 10/15/2015 at appox. 654 pm same day stomach started hurting severly started throwing up which i never do and had cold sweats with violent diarrhea,which i never get.i thought i was going to die. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
