It is all that I ate that day. One carne guisada taco at 11 am on Sunday I was sick two to three hours later and throughout last night. I am improving but still ill 20 hours later. Others in the party who ate other dishes did not get sick. | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
