January 16th had 2 burritos made by an unlicensed member of the church who sells the burritos and donates the processes. Got very ill after eating burritos and it caused vomiting diarrehea and naseua. I felt GI pain too for weeks. Its illegal to make and sell food without Health Department License. | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
