Ate a chicken souvlaki pita on Saturday June 29, 2019 at 6:00 pm. Ordered online and delivered by Skip the Dishes. Felt nauseous within an hour and violently throwing around 9:00 pm. Threw up about every 45 minutes until 5:00 am. At one poit passed out. It has been 5 days now and only today did I feel like getting up. Still having issues with stairs - short of breath climbing three flights. Have eaten at the restaurant before and been OK. | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
