Ate one got diarrhea 12 hours later. Thought it was maybe a protein bar doing it. Had another the next day 12 hours later same again. Did not have one next day. Cleared up. Thought maybe I just got a bug ate another the day after feeling better. 12 hours later again. Threw away the rest after that.
