I ordered two grilled chicken wraps and a small chilli, Employees did not look very hygienic and felt the worst I have ever felt in a long time about 24 hours after consuming it. Non stop vomiting and diarrhea. I will no longer be eating at wendy's. Absolutely disgusting! | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
