The school nutrition staff ( 3 of the 5 staff members) are not following health code regulations. Not washing hands or wearing gloves. Eating while prepping food. Not handling food properly. Not taking temperatures properly or serving line temperatures. Not cleaning the kitchen prep tables or dining tables properly. Not washing and sanitizing the dishes properly or some not at all. The coordinator has been made aware of these issues and also the supervisor was made aware with over 200 pictures and nothing has happened. The lead that was in charge went out on medical leave and now there is a new acting lead that is not allowed to say anything the the workers.
