Yesterday around 3:00 pm I ate a Fried House Zalad. The next morning I had severe stomach cramps, severe watery diarrhea, vomiting, fatigue and loss of appetite. I only ate that and dinner but it wasn't the dinner because my husband ate the same thing as me and he isn't sick. I don't know if it could be a part of the salad mix breakout happening now or if they chicken was contaminated. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 其他, 抽筋, 疲劳, 食欲不振
