2020 年 9 月 11 日我吃罗卡沙拉时得到了变形虫。我在早上 9 点左右吃了，第一个症状在晚上 7 点左右开始。第二天晚上 7 点去医院接受抗脱水和抗生素的静脉注射。花了 10 天时间才恢复，体重明显减轻。我还发烧了大于39摄氏度。  | 症状: 恶心, 腹泻, 呕吐, 脱水, 发烧

We ate there ONLY for three days. We are quite sure it was the international buffet dinner on Saturday January 11th. Symptoms started 15 minutes after eating. Day three and still experiencing diarrhea, fever, and nasuea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

I went to eat there, ordered 3 medium pizzas, the chicken was hard and felt like it was stuck in my throat, I kept eating and suddenly started vomiting, diarrhea and nausea, I reported this incident to the emergency to hopefully see what can be done to support my case.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
