我在家吃晚饭（肠痉挛，醒来时有口渴感）6 小时后恶心。每隔 3 小时发烧和呕吐一次，我和妻子就会出现 mm 症状然后吃了 mm 菜单（Texas Rodeo Chicken）。  | 症状: 恶心, 腹泻, 呕吐, 发烧, 抽筋

Ordered a McChicken and nuggets around 11pm, after which I don't remember much of anything until 3 PM the following day. Memory is blur of consistently vomiting and diarrhea starting around 2AM. Vomit was initially just food, but later became just thick bile.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 胆汁
