6 hours after my dinner at home (intestinal cramp, feeling of thirst when I woke up) was nause. fever and vomiting every 3 hours, me and my wife had the mm symptom and consumed the mm menu (Texas Rodeo Chicken).  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Cramps

Ordered a McChicken and nuggets around 11pm, after which I don't remember much of anything until 3 PM the following day. Memory is blur of consistently vomiting and diarrhea starting around 2AM. Vomit was initially just food, but later became just thick bile.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Bile
