食品安全报告: Tambon Pa Daet, Chang Wat Chiang Mai, Thailand

We ate at three different places, breakfast in Pai (fruit, muesli + yoghurt), lunch at Funky Monkey's Guesthouse in Chiang Mai Old Town and Burger King in Chiang Mai, near Thapae Gate. Symptoms started in the night with one of us and with two of us early in the morning. Been feeling ill ever since.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
