3 点半左右，在 Nandos，订购了一只 1/2 鸡肉，有 2 个 reg 面（豌豆 + 土豆泥）。吃了然后回家了。在几个小时之内开始感到恶心，然后其他事情开始发生...

我不得不整天躺在床上直到第二天上午 10 点，在那里我强迫自己起床去洗手间。还是感到臃肿和恶心。
