上次从这里订购的是晚餐，第二天早上我不会生病。呕吐了几个小时然后是腹泻。胃痉挛非常严重。我整天躺在床上没有食物我病得很重。  | 症状: 恶心, 腹泻, 呕吐, 抽筋

I got 2 5 layer beefy burritos and 2 soft tacos. The next morning insole up nauseous and a day later diarrhea and it is still going on. I lack insurance and now have to find a way to get the money so I can medical help.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
