My wife and I Ate crunchy beef supreme tacos. They have the shell, ground beef with their sauce, lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, and sour cream. Time ordered was approximately 5pm, consumption by 5:30. Illnesses began about 3-4 hours later included: nausea, watery diarrhea and mild fevers.
